Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to oversee our product lines and drive business growth. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet revenue and profit goals, as well as identifying new market opportunities and product enhancements. This position will be based out of our Milford, CT location with a hybrid schedule.

 

 

What you will do

 

  • Develop and implement product line strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
  • Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements and modifications.
  • Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging, positioning and marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to improve products and develop new features.


What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management, with proven success in driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful product strategies and roadmaps.

 

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $71,800-$107,700 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
