Administrative Generalist Office Management m/f/a – Part-Time (21 hours) – Protected Categories L.68/99

Location: Agrate Brianza
Contract type: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Start date: As soon as possible

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Administrative Generalist Office Management, registered under Protected Categories (L.68/99), to support the administrative and operational activities of our office. The selected person will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating office logistics and processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with suppliers (requesting quotes, placing purchase orders, managing contracts and deadlines).
  • Oversee office supplies and materials (ordering, monitoring, distribution).
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to office operations.
  • Welcome visitors and manage internal and external communications (emails, phone calls, mail).
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain and organize documentation, both digital and paper-based.
  • Support basic administrative and accounting tasks (expense reports, travel arrangements, etc.).

Requirements

  • Registered under the Protected Categories program (Law 68/99).
  • High school diploma required; previous experience in administrative or office roles is considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, supplier management tools).
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and responsible approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
