You will make an impact in the following way: 

To maintain the quality of products at a constant and highest possible level, and to regulate the necessary production and administrative processes for this purpose. Introduction of quality standards and ensuring their compliance. Demonstrating this to customers and other supervisory bodies of the standards. As Management System Manager, responsible for ensuring that the quality and environmental management system complies with the requirements of the relevant standards. Responsible for communicating system performance and necessary development proposals and reports to management, and for promoting awareness of legal and other expectations within the organization, in line with the needs and requirements of customers and stakeholders. Supervises, coordinates, and develops continuous improvement (Lean and KAIZEN) activities within the company. Developing, maintaining, and representing the mindset required for the application of the continuous improvement management philosophy, sometimes emphasizing long-term interests over short-term quantitative interests.

What you will bring:

The position requires a higher technical education, practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management systems, and knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of the cable industry, production capabilities of manufacturing machines, and basic knowledge of the customer and supplier base are required. Must also possess good coordination skills, good communication skills, leadership abilities, and flexibility. Work organization/management, and knowledge related to Kaizen and Lean are necessary.
