Our data cable plant is a mid-sized manufacturing site within the US-based Belden Group: a people-scale organization with fast decisions, reliable frameworks, and real responsibility for everyone. Real manufacturing, high-quality products, a fast-paced yet human work rhythm. In Budapest, we are building the future of communications cable manufacturing. In 2027, we will expand our current operations with a brand-new facility.

We are looking for an HR Generalist for our Budapest plant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and  HR administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the work of the HR Manager 
  • End-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, organizing interviews, sending offers, coordinating onboarding 
  • Close cooperation with managers, ensuring an excellent candidate experience 
  • Manage HR documentation and employee records (from onboarding to offboarding) 
  • Handling employment contracts 
  • Labour administration; prepare data provision/reports as needed 
  • Collaboration in HR projects at local and EMEA level
  • Support of HR processes such as performance management, talent management, training coordination
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries; handle matters discreetly and confidentially 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in HR/recruitment or an HR generalist role 
  • Higher education degree in HR or economics/business 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor law
  • Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management 
  • Independent, accurate, precise working style 
  • Confident use of HRIS systems and MS Office tools 
  • Fluent Hungarian and English (able to communicate confidently in both)
