SERVICE ENGINEER

You will make an impact in the following way:
- Lead new network installation, rollout, and customer application migration from existing to new networks during the initial project phase.
- Perform crucial onsite system commissioning with customers post-subcontractor installation, ensuring site acceptance.
- Ensure proper solution functioning, incident handling, and client requests per service level agreements (SLAs), including rapid response for critical issues and major issues and working hours for other requests.
- Conduct monitoring and field interventions on existing installations.
- Execute support and testing activities for other customers.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules (nights/weekends) from home to meet service demands.
- Design, configure, and commission new solutions (WAN, LAN, Routing, Telephony, CCTV, etc.).
- Assist Project Managers during technical study, engineering, and project execution.
- Provide technical support to Sales Managers.
- Write and maintain reports, documentation, and procedures (internal/external), all in French.
- Provide continuous reporting.
What you will bring:
- Education – Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent extensive working experience.
- Experience – 2+ years in technical support or service roles within networking.
- Knowledge & skills:
- Essential: TDM & Packet Switching, TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, Wireless, MS Visio, MPLS-TP, Office proficiency.
- Nice to have: MS SQL Server, MySQL Cybersecurity, programming/scripting, CCNA/CCNP, Serial, C37.94, E1.
- Personality – Highly autonomous, team-oriented, strong communication/writing skills, excellent multitasking, attention to detail.
- Residency – Must live in or near Casablanca for rapid onsite intervention.
- Willingness to travel – Extensive domestic travel required, particularly during the initial project phase, to commission a significant number of sites nationwide. Frequent travel, potentially extended stays in specific areas, is expected as sites are spread across the country, including remote locations.
- Language proficiency – Fluency in French and English is a must, fluency in Arabic is a plus
