The Finished Goods (FG) Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities related to finished products.

This involves strategic supplier identification, negotiation of favorable terms, and ongoing supplier relationship management to optimize costs, ensure product quality, and secure a resilient supply chain. 

• Should have a capability to understand technically of the our products like Fibre cable, Copper cable , connectivity products, Sheetmetal Metal parts, Plastic molding parts etc.. 
• Driving KPI’s PPV (Cost Savings), Supplier on time Delivery, Quality PPM etc..
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential finished goods suppliers, assess their capabilities, quality standards and compliance.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers on pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules. Ensuring all agreements comply with legal and company policies.
• Develop new suppliers to mitigate the monopoly of single supplier.
• Stock code needs to set up based on the request from pricing team.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing structures, and total cost of ownership (TCO) to identify cost-saving opportunities and report on procurement metrics.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet established specifications. Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with internal departments such as PLM, Presales, Pricing team and Order fulfilment to support in all aspects and understand their needs and align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
• Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities, supplier information, and contracts.
• Supplier yearly audits for potential business partners.
