Job Summary:

**QEHS Coordinator at Belden Cekan A/S**Are you our new Quality, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator?At Belden Cekan A/S, we are looking for a dedicated and structured Quality, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator for our factory in Gjern, Central Jutland. If you want to be part of a global team of dedicated colleagues, both nationally and internationally, then Belden Cekan A/S is the company for you.**About the role:**As the Quality, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator, you will report to the plant manager and be responsible for developing, evaluating, improving, and implementing our integrated management system, EHS programs, and environmental strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection.At Belden Cekan A/S, we prioritize bothemployee safety and environmental responsibility. This position is essential to ensuring a safe working environment, preventing workplace injuries, and driving our environmental initiatives that minimize our environmental impact and ensure sustainable operations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective procedures that reduce the risk of both workplace accidents and environmental impacts.**Your primary tasks will include:**- Developing, evaluating, improving, and implementing theintegrated management system at Belden Cekan.- Ensuring necessary certifications (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, and upcoming projects like ISO 27001 and ISO 45001) in collaboration with external authorities.- Conducting internal and supplier audits to ensurecompliance with standards.- Handling customer complaints and working with R&D and production management to identify and implement corrective actions.- Supporting production by monitoring and auditing quality systems and initiating improvement measures.- Managing the Quality Room, including layout, equipment, and procedures.- Planning and executing calibration programs as well as archiving systems for product specifications.- Participating in the health and safety committee and lean projects for continuous improvements.- Being responsible for reporting ESG data as well as quality and safety to the rest of the group.**We expect you to:**- **At Belden Cekan, we offer you:**- The opportunity to be part of an international company with strong values and asolid market position.- An exciting career path with opportunities for development both nationally and internationally.- A certified 'Great Place to Work' environment, where we create the best conditions for well-being and job satisfaction together with our employees.- A workplace that prioritizes safety, environmental responsibility, innovation, and high quality in all processes.**Are you ready to take on the challenge?**If you are ready to become part

Have experience in quality, safety, and environmental management, preferably in a production company. - Be certified or familiar with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001). - Be fluent in English, both spoken and written. - Have strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and countries. - Work in a structured, analytical manner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
