Job Summary:

As the SAP Change Management Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. You will focus on ensuring that the business and its employees are fully prepared for the implementation of SAP systems and processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify change impacts, develop change mitigation strategies, develop communication and training plans, and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives. This remotely based role will report to the SAP Change Management Leader.

 

You will make an impact in the following ways

  • Support implementation of comprehensive change management strategies that align with the overall SAP project goals
  • Partner with project teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives
  • Work closely with project teams and business leaders to understand the impact of the SAP implementation and develop change impact mitigation strategies to make the transition as seamless as possible
  • Create and deliver clear, concise, creative, and consistent communication materials to various audiences to articulate the benefits, impact, and timeline of the SAP implementation
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure that training programs are aligned with change management goals and effectively address the needs of impacted users

 

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, with at least 2 years focused on SAP or other ERP preferred
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale change initiatives in complex organizational environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work with a remote team & in a global environment
