We are looking for an HR professional with regional experience to provide HR support to employees and leaders across LATAM.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Progressive experience in Human Resources processes across different countries, particularly Mexico and Brazil.
  • Experience managing and monitoring HR KPIs and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with leaders and Staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and regional projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience partnering with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of local labor regulations, benefits, payroll practices, and statutory requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders across LATAM.
  • Serve as a trusted HR point of contact, responding to employee and manager inquiries and providing practical solutions.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and compensation changes.
  • Coordinate HR processes while ensuring compliance with country-specific labor regulations, benefits, payroll practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Support employee relations, benefits, compensation, and annual HR processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on HR KPIs, reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and standardize HR processes across LATAM, while considering local requirements.
  • Support organizational changes, acquisitions, integrations, and regional HR projects.
  • Partner with local vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality HR services.
