• Understand POS data received
• Prepares various documents and reports.  Reports such as correcting POS data files received from our partners, POS internal files, POS tagging
• Professional correspondence to customers, IT and sales team in the form of email and phone calls.
• Assess risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensuring policies are created and followed.
• Ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assisting and supporting the Customer Service team by contributing to order entry and answering calls as needed.
