Type: Full-Time/Hybrid

Level: Senior

You will make an impact in the following way: 

• Own, maintain, and improve the global vulnerability management process in regards to reporting, automation and efficiency
• Help product teams navigate the process, use the tools available and become self-sufficient in dealing with vulnerabilities
• Develop and publish machine-readable vulnerability security advisories and coordinate their release with key customers and partners
• Take ownership of inbound security communication, requests and questionnaires
• Create regular reports for senior management and relevant business units
• Work with product teams across Belden to help diagnose, implement detection capabilities and mitigate vulnerabilities

What you will bring: 

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, ideally, with a focus on cybersecurity
• Experience – 5+ years in vulnerability management, security incident response, or related fields
• Knowledge & skills – Vulnerability Management engineering capabilities regarding IEC 62443 and the Cyber Resilience Act, knowledge about NIS2 is a plus, strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks
• Personality – Team-oriented individual with strong analytical prowess, collaboration and problem-solving, coordination of a global PSIRT with cross-functional teams
• Language proficiency – Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
