Senior Embedded Software Developer

You will make an impact in the following way:
- You shape wireless LAN architectures, design, and implement new product versions.
- Engage in cross-functional, self-organizing, and agile development teams, driving wireless features
- Interact and communicate with application experts, software architects, and product owners in a multi-cultural and global environment
- Identify root causes of complex issues and implement system-wide solutions in Linux and the application layer
- Follow the secure development lifecycle process, assess security posture, and propose measures to enhance cybersecurity
- Develop and deliver results in a continuously improving work mode, ensuring regular working releases
What you will bring:
- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering or equivalent
- Experience – 5+ years of expert level project work in development of embedded Linux/WLAN functions
- Knowledge & skills – Programming Languages C/C++, scripting like Python, CMake, Yocto, able to identify issues in all layers of WLAN functions (Linux driver and application layer), broad experience with embedded WAN modules, experienced in compilation, installation, and delivery of runnable software in short delivery cycles
- Personality – You appreciate team-work and possess a solution-oriented, proactive, curious and ambitious mind-set
- Language proficiency – Fluency in English, and, ideally, German
