La posición es responsable de asistir al Líder de Recursos Humanos en los procesos administrativos, laborables y motivacionales relacionado con el departamento. Brindar asesoría y soporte en las principales funciones de recursos humanos brindando atención y orientación general a los empleados, coordinación de servicios al personal como cafetería, transporte, lockers, relaciones laborales y medidas disciplinarias, reclutamiento y selección y apoyo en eventos. Esta posición reporta directamente al Líder de Recursos Humanos, y trabajará desde nuestras oficinas en Nogales, Sonora.
