Job Summary:

'1) Análisis de Causa Raíz y Mejora de Confiabilidad de equipos.
Liderar y ser responsable del RCA en fallas repetitivas, paros de alto costo y eventos críticos de seguridad usando metodologías estándar (5 Porqués, Ishikawa/Espina de Pescado, Árbol de Fallas, Pareto).
Mantener una lista de “equipos criticos” (top activos por paro/costo) y realizar revisiones mensuales de confiabilidad de equipos.
2) Estrategia de Mantenimiento y Soporte a Planeación
Optimizar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y desarrollar el mantenimiento predictivo con base en historial de fallas y recomendaciones del OEM (intervalos de PM, inspecciones, lubricación, monitoreo de condición).
Apoyar la planeación y programación de mantenimiento mejorando planes de trabajo, trabajo estándar y listas de refacciones requeridas.
Desarrollar/mantener el registro de activos críticos y análisis de criticidad.
3) Control de partes y Gestión de Costos de Mantenimiento.
Implementar controles para el consumo de partes: niveles mín/máx, lista de unidades críticas, kitting, proceso de salida/devolución, conteos cíclicos.
Analizar tendencias de uso de refacciones e identificar desperdicio (duplicados, especificación incorrecta, compras de emergencia excesivas, reemplazos prematuros).
Estandarizar refacciones cuando sea posible y coordinar con Compras/Proveedores para mejorar precio, tiempo de entrega y calidad.
Apoyar el presupuesto y pronóstico de refacciones y servicios; dar seguimiento a costo vs plan y explicar variaciones.

Required Skills:

• Dominio del idioma inglés
• Conocimientos en programación de PLC Siemens (deseable)
• Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio
• Ingeniería
