Esta posición busca la mejora continua mediante la utilización y aplicación de herramientas de calidad y estadísticas para la mejora de los procesos productivos al fin de cumplir con los objetivos de calidad establecidos por la organización. Lidera al equipo multidisciplinario en el análisis de causa raíz con el fin de resolver las áreas de oportunidad presentadas en el proceso. Coordinará las actividades de los técnicos de calidad para el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos. Participará de manera activa en el mantenimiento y seguimiento al sistema de lean en el área asignada, así como en eventos Kaizen. Deberá proveer soporte en la introducción de nuevos productos y cambios de ingeniería que afectan la calidad de los productos, así como como en las auditorías internas y externas correspondientes a las normas ISO 9001, IATF, ISO 14000, UL/CSA/ETL.
