The manufacturing leadder oversees the workforce of one production unit (from 200 to 300 people). He makes sure the assosiates operate according to the internal safety rules and tools. 
The manager controls and follows production plan with the support of the productions supervisor crew and is responsible of all the shift operators. 
To meet KPI goald this person works side to side with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Planning Managers.
