El supervisor de produccion es encargado de controlar la operación de producción, responsable de desplegar los indicadores de desempeño SQDCI en las áreas de producción a través de la implementación y seguimiento del sistema Lean Daily Management, directamente responsable del seguimiento y ejecución del plan de producción, administración de personal y encardado de cumplir plan de entrenamiento del personal a su cargo y dará seguimiento y uso a las instrucciones de trabajo y prueba.
