EMBEDDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Type: Full-time, hybrid

Level: Medior

 

You will make an impact in the following way:

• As a member of the Embedded Software team, you will join a highly effective, self-organizing agile team.

• Work together with project and product management, other development teams, and the customer service organization.

• Develop, test, and maintain new and existing software in an embedded Linux environment.

• Participate in code reviews and debugging.

• Introduce new software technology in the R&D group.

• Keep technical knowledge up to date through self-study and training.

• Manage priorities and deadlines.

 

What you will bring:

• Education – Master of Engineering, Master of Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Work experience – Some experience in embedded software development is a plus, not a must.

• Coding skills - Knowledge of C++ in an embedded Linux environment.

• Quality assurance – Ideally, extensive Python coding skills and experience with different flavors of software testing.

• Process – Ideally, scrum master experience/certification.

• Language proficiency – Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English, and the ability or willingness to work in Dutch-speaking teams.
