Job Summary:
The Solution and Platform modeling Leader will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of solutions, from development to launch and ongoing management. This also includes the function of leading the further development and lifecycle of the Converged Reference Architecture (CRA) program, Belden’s strategic development of solution blueprints. This role requires a deep understanding of technology (network and data related), architecture and re-use, strategic, corporate, and customer dynamics in key markets. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and understands that differentiation to products and their interworking is essential to be successful as company.
You will make an impact in the following way:

Lead the strategic development of the Converged Reference Architecture, a database of solution blueprints and their value proposition, which is a repository for information to the solution delivery organization for commercial offerings. It is also the tool to steer and structure development of vertical market-specific deployments scenarios.

Develop, launch, and manage the lifecycle of solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and create value for customers.

Create and maintain solution roadmaps based on priority use cases and market demand.

Collaborate with solution architects, R&D and technology teams to create vertical-specific common reference architecture blueprints, perform interoperability testing, and build APIs or interfaces to ecosystem applications.

Work closely with the regional solution delivery team to align solution roadmaps and launches with regional revenue targets.

Gather market intelligence and voice of customer feedback to refine and optimize solutions.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels and in various roles within the company, including architects, engineers, and senior executives.

Ensure the development of effective buyer persona and archetype-specific messaging that results in top-funnel interest.

Drive the development of vertical-based top use case solution offerings, either organically or with ecosystem partners.

What you will bring:

Proven experience as a senior project lead or manager with demonstrated success.

Ability to operate in a complex environment with a high number of differentiated stakeholders.

Exceptional understanding of technology (OT telecom, networking and critical data communication), strategic, corporate, and customer dynamics in key markets.

Excellent grasp of architectural re-use and object-oriented design.

Broad and deep understanding of technologies and product building blocks for products and solutions (e.g., mission-critical networking, cables, and transmission systems).

Obsession in searching for differentiation in products, interworking and value proposition within a solution business.

Excellent understanding of technical, socio-technical, and social structures and dependencies in key markets and organizations (partners as well as competitors).

Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in key and adjacent markets.

High proficiency in English (Fluent or Native Speaker); other languages, in particular German and/or Dutch are a bonus.
