ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Type: Hybrid
Level: Intermediate

You will make an impact in the following way: 
• Process incoming invoices through our AP automation tool Basware, ensuring accurate coding of all invoices.
• Follow up with approvers to ensure timely posting of invoices, aligning with payment selections made by our Cash Department.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
• Assist the Finance department with various financial matters as needed.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and provide support to internal and external customers.

What you will bring:
• Proficiency in systems such as Basware, BPCS, SAP, Navision, and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• High ethical standards in interactions with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Flexibility and resilience, with a willingness to learn from challenges to achieve goals.
