Job Summary:
As the SAP Change Management Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the change management processes that support Belden's global SAP implementation. You will ensure that SAP process and system changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and integrated, with a focus on business continuity and maximizing value. This remotely based role will report to the VP, Change Management.
You will make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and implement SAP change management strategies in the areas of change leadership, communications & engagement, change impacts, training, and change effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP change management professionals.
- Collaborate with program leadership, workstream leads, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful change management outcomes.
- Use data and feedback to make informed adjustments to change management approach and plans.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least five (5) years of proven experience in change management, with a focus on SAP implementations and global transformations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party consultants
- Ability to work with a remote team & in a global environment
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $121,500.00 - $182,250.00 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
