Belden’s Manager, Corporate Digital Marketing supports the strategy and execution of Belden's digital marketing campaigns with an emphasis on Account Based Marketing (ABM) and campaign performance analysis. This role drives demand and builds the Belden brand through targeted digital initiatives, collaborating with global teams. Strong campaign analytics, operations, and reporting skills are required, as is experience managing a variety of digital media channels. This role will report to the Director, Corporate Digital Marketing and will manage a small team of early-career talent.

You will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including ABM campaigns, to support global and regional initiatives across all digital channels. Ensure cohesive messaging and targeting.
  • Translate marketing objectives into effective digital campaigns that generate demand within target markets and customer segments, ultimately contributing to bottom-line revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate and regional marketing teams, sales, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and integrate them into digital initiatives. Drive adoption of digital tactics within overall marketing plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, including key metrics like website traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI, to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Belden’s brand platform and corporate identity, ensuring consistent representation across all digital channels.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to content creators, marketing team members, and stakeholders on digital marketing best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing technologies, platforms, and trends, including advancements in AI. Research and benchmark competitor activities to inform campaign optimization and innovation.
  • Contribute to the optimization of campaign operations, ensuring efficient marketing automation workflows and processes.

What you will bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a similar field.
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in the marketing field with a strong focus on digital campaign strategy and execution.
  • Desired Abilities and Skills:
    • Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., website, social media, email, search, display).
    • Proven experience with 6sense or other comparable ABM platforms, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance reporting.
    • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or other comparable MAP, including marketing automation, landing page creation, and lead nurturing.
    • Deep understanding of campaign analytics and reporting, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of campaign operations and best practices.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience managing and mentoring early career talent is preferred.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $100,000 - $135,200 base salary, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
