RUCKUS Networks is seeking dedicated, forward-thinking, and driven people to join their team for upcoming roles as an Inside Sales Account Manager, based in Brasil. How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Working closely with the RUCKUS field sales teams and field sales management to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS’s business and position RUCKUS’s solutions for new business to end users through our Ecosystem of partners. These customers include Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators in the region contacted through telephone and scheduled in-field visits.
In this role, you will work closely with field sales teams and ecosystem partners to uncover and advance new project opportunities. You’ll qualify leads from various digital and print sources and direct them to the right teams, all while using internal resources: pricing, technical support, and product coordination, to deliver smooth customer experience.
You’ll manage your pipeline through CRM, apply the RUCKUS Sales Methodology, and use creative thinking to identify new markets and growth opportunities. Your work will balance inbound follow‑ups with targeted outbound calling campaigns, where you’ll build rapport, handle objections, and turn interest into well‑qualified opportunities.
You’ll keep Salesforce data accurate and complete, ensure timely follow‑ups with clear actions, and consistently convert inbound inquiries into strong sales leads.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- A completed bachelor’s degree or two years of sales experience.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
