Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Account Development Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of strategic client partnerships within the cable manufacturing industry. The incumbent will identify high-potential large-scale clients (including global well-known brands and their supply chains, general contractors, SI, and industrial OEMs), lead end-to-end business development initiatives, and drive revenue growth while maintaining long-term client satisfaction. This role requires deep industry knowledge, proven key account management skills, exceptional problem-solving capability, and strong internal communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex business cycles in the global market.

What you will bring:

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Foreign Trade, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Wire & Cable or cable Assembly sales experience will be highly valued.

Experience - Minimum 4 years of proven experience in key accounts development within the global manufacturing industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels (from procurement managers to C-suite executives).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate market opportunities, and develop data-driven account strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for client meetings, industry conferences, and site visits.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record.
