Partner Program Manager – Americas

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Program Manager to drive the design and execution of System Integrator (SI) partner programs across the Americas region while supporting global alignment. This role will play a key part in advancing Belden’s partner-led go-to-market strategy by strengthening partner engagement, expanding ecosystem coverage, and driving revenue through partners. The ideal candidate brings experience in partner program management and partner strategy execution, with the ability to operate independently while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

Regional Ownership & Global Alignment

  • Own the design and execution of a scalable SI partner program priorities across the Americas region
  • Partner with global stakeholders to inform SI program development based on regional needs, partner feedback, and market dynamics

Partner Go-to-Market Execution

  • Drive execution of partner-led go-to-market strategies for Belden’s product and solution offerings
  • Design and implement partner engagement models that leverage the broader ecosystem to accelerate pipeline and revenue through co-sell motions

Partner Development

  • Identify and close gaps in SI and partner coverage to support growth objectives
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners and internal sales teams to increase engagement, capability, and alignment

Program Development & Enablement

  • Lead rollout and continuous improvement of partner program elements, including onboarding, certification, enablement, and incentives
  • Drive adoption and consistency of program standards across partners

Performance Management & Insights

  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs and deliver actionable insights to improve outcomes
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the partner ecosystem and recommend data-driven adjustments

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to align partner initiatives with business priorities
  • Influence internal stakeholders to support partner-led initiatives and GTM execution

Partner Engagement & Voice of Partner

  • Serve as the primary conduit for capturing and synthesizing partner feedback (Voice of Partner) to inform program enhancements
  • Support joint planning, account alignment, and ongoing partner engagement activities

Market & Strategic Input

  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform program evolution and regional strategy
  • Provide structured recommendations to improve partner effectiveness and coverage

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 6–8+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or business development
  • Experience working with System Integrators and Distributors, including co-sell and GTM execution
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, software, or edge technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with ownership and autonomy while influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking partner performance and driving improvements

 

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000 - 180,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
