JOB SUMMARY
Assist with daily tasks and projects in the Human Resources and Administration departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in organizing and implementing the Baitong Suzhou Club project, including creating promotional materials, organizing activities, and handling expense reimbursements.
• Assist in organizing and arranging company employee activities, such as Be Well events and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Assist in employee recruitment, including daily interviews and liaising with third parties.
• Assist in handling employee onboarding procedures.
• Assist in preparing for vocational skill level certification training and assessments.
• Assist in the pre-processing of daily administrative expenses, including statistics and summaries of costs related to cleaning, security, canteen services, water dispenser maintenance, and green plant maintenance.
• Assist in the pre-allocation of fuel cards and the apportionment of related expenses.
• Assist in summarizing vehicle maintenance details and apportioning expenses based on those details.
• Assist in recharging meal cards and updating the meal card details for the following month at the end of each month.
• Assist in the monthly statistical summary of office supplies.
• Assist in the statistics and outsourcing of business card printing to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in planning and implementing administrative activities, including poster creation, drafting proposals, and settling expenses.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics, or Management.
• Proficient in using office software and familiar with Photoshop or video editing.
• Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills.
• Prior experience in organizing events is preferred.
