JOB SUMMARY
Assist with daily operations and projects related to Human Resources and Administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in organizing and implementing the Belden Suzhou Club program, including the production of promotional materials, event organization, and expense reimbursement.
- Assist in organizing and arranging company employee activities, including Be Well programs, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, etc.
- Assist with employee recruitment (e.g., daily interviews, third-party liaison, etc.).
- Assist with employee onboarding procedures.
- Assist in preparing vocational skill certification training and assessments.
- Assist with the pre-processing of daily administrative expenses, including: statistics and summary of cleaning, security, cafeteria, water dispenser maintenance, and plant care costs.
- Assist with the pre-allocation of fuel cards and the apportionment of related expenses.
- Assist in summarizing vehicle maintenance details and apportioning expenses based on the details.
- Assist with meal card top-ups and update the meal card details for the following month at the end of each month.
- Assist with the monthly statistics and summary of office supplies.
- Assist with the statistics and outsourcing of business card printing to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist with the planning and execution of administrative activities, including poster production, proposal drafting, and expense settlement.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree; majors in Human Resources, Economics, or Management are preferred.
- Proficient in office software, PS (Photoshop), or video editing.
- Good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
- Experience in organizing activities is preferred.
