JOB SUMMARY
Provide support for the daily operations and projects of the Human Resources and Administration team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in organizing and executing the Belden Suzhou Club project, covering promotional material production, event coordination, expense reimbursement and related follow-up work.
• Support the organization and arrangement of company-wide employee activities, including Be Well wellness programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Assist in end-to-end employee recruitment processes, such as coordinating daily interviews and liaising with third-party recruitment partners. • Support the completion of new employee onboarding procedures and related document processing.
• Assist in the preparation work for vocational skill level certification training and assessment programs.
• Support the pre-processing of daily administrative expenses, including statistics and summary of costs for cleaning services, security guards, staff canteen operations, water dispenser maintenance and office greenery services.
• Assist in the pre-allocation of company fuel cards and complete corresponding expense apportionment work.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majored in Human Resources, Economics or Management.
• Proficient in office software, with practical skills in Photoshop or video editing tools.
• Demonstrated strong team collaboration awareness and excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
• Prior experience in organizing offline or online corporate events is a plus.
