JOB SUMMARY
•    Conduct price inquiries timely. Release P.O. to domestic and overseas suppliers on time and submit invoices as scheduled. Guarantee on-time delivery and timely receipt of goods.
•    Supplier identification, selection and management (for indirect material and service).
•    Actively in cost reduction programs and negotiate with supplier for price, T&Cs when necessary.
•    Perform data analysis and prepare regular reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Conduct day-to-day procurement on indirect material for the BELDEN APAC;
•    Conduct price inquiries timely. Release P.O. to domestic and overseas suppliers on time and submit invoices as scheduled. Guarantee on-time delivery and timely receipt of goods;
•    Monitor supplier delivery performance on daily basis, send out backlog report and follow up with supplier for open P.O. status effectively;
•    Supplier identification, selection and management (for indirect material and service);
•    Attend actively in cost reduction programs and negotiate with supplier for price, T&Cs when necessary;
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams such as PMC, Production, Engineering, etc for purchase requirement, production plan change and inventory control target;
•    Coordinate with Finance to make order payment to supplier smoothly;
•    Assist the manager to optimize supplier pool, manage supplier’s performance and relationship in long term efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•    Bachelor degree or above with major in Business/Commerce or Engineering;
•    2+ years of buyer or purchasing experience;
•    Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is a plus;
•    Good English reading and writing;
•    Self-motivated and excellent teamwork;
•    Good communication skill.
