Job Summary:
• A planning specialist who is working demand to production planning, finished goods delivery coordination, materials planning etc. to ensure the on-time delivery, right inventory and supply chain improvements.
You will make an impact in the following way:
• Regularly work on the finished goods level FCST, loading FCST to ERP system to trigger material replenishment.
• Working with Demand and production team to make the right production scheduling based on customer requirements and material availabilities.
• Coordinate the goods deliveries as per customer order requirements.
• Work on regular and rolling material forecast to suppliers based on SIOP process or demand forecast.
• Follow up material deliveries from suppliers at the right time with right quantity to meet delivery requirement.
• Work on material inventory turn improvement with right safe stock.
• Working with team to drive for material localization, multi-sourcing, VMI and consignment stock mechanism to improve the material supply in term of OTD and flexibilities
• Analysis the customer demand and material consuming data to drive planning process continuous improvement.
• Work with team to manage the demand fluctuations, work with Sourcing and Supplier management departments to pull in the material and support on the spike orders if needed.
• Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
What you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chains, Operations, Electronics / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
• Familiar with the planning process, especially production planning and material planning,
• SAP planning skills is compulsory.
• Excellent skills on Office software and applications, especially MS Excel
• Good oral and written English, no language barrier to talk and work with global suppliers.
