• Inducción a todos los asociados de nuevo ingreso.
• Proporcionar todo el equipo y herramienta necesaria para los asociados de nuevo ingreso.
• Registro de Incidencias: Permisos, Incapacidades, Faltas, Amonestaciones, Suspensiones, etc.
• Realizar altas, bajas y modificaciones de salario en el sistema Tress.
• Captura de Tiempo Extra en el sistema Tress
• Captura de Bono de Producción.
• Monitorear todos los movimientos del Seguro Social (IDSE) y dar seguimiento a ello.
• Reclutamiento y Selección de personal (Directos e Indirectos)
• Actualización de expedientes y archivo de asociados de la empresa.
• Activación de tarjetas de banco y entrega de ellos a los asociados.
• Entrega de gafetes.
• Monitoreo y archivo de Retenciones de infonavit.
• Reporte semanal de Rotación de personal.
• Servicio a los asociados en general de Recursos Humanos.
• Organización de eventos y festejo de cumpleañeros en la empresa.
• Seguimiento a programas motivacionales
• Seguimiento a programas Wellness
