• Administra las órdenes de compra mediante la planeación de requerimientos de materiales, utilizando un sistema Kanban. Ejecutando los mensajes de acción que sugiere.

• Da seguimiento a las órdenes de compra colocadas con proveedores externos para que se cumplan los requerimientos de cantidad, costo y tiempo de entrega.

• Desarrolla el plan de producción diario y semanal.

• Entrega el plan de producción diario.

• Administra los sistemas de Kanban Electrónico de producto terminado

• Da seguimiento a expediciones de materia prima

• Da seguimiento a expediciones de producto terminado por parte de Customer Service.

• Genera órdenes de trabajo.

• Mantiene actualizadas las órdenes de trabajo y órdenes de compra.

• Participa en la solución de problemas en su Value Stream

• Mantiene las entregas a cliente de acuerdo con las políticas corporativas

• Se asegura que las órdenes atrasadas no rebasen las metas propuestas por las políticas de la empresa.

• Responsable por las vueltas de inventario de su value stream.

• Analiza faltante de material y determina curso de acción para solucionar el problema.
