About the role:

As an HR intern you will get the opportunity to fully join our local team and support diverse HR activities. The focus will be in-depth work on HR administration. During this you will be given the chance to gain practical experience and take the initiative by contributing with your own skillsets. You will be a part of our regional internship program, offering you structured development opportunities and cross-functional exposure.

You will make an impact in the following way:

• You actively seek out information and interact with colleagues to clarify regulations;

• You support the HR Officer in administrative tasks, like handling HR enquiries and payroll assistance;

• You help improve, digitize, and record HR processes and policies;

• You provide input to current projects such as an HR handbook and take on supporting tasks.

What you will bring:

• You are following an MBO, HBO or WO education in Human Resources, Economics, Administration, or similar; 

• You are looking for a hands-on internship in which you can contribute to the HR team’s work;

• You are curious, proactive and like to work together towards a concrete result;

• You communicate clearly and know how to easily collect the right information;

• You like to interact with colleagues in a collegial and professional team;

• You have a good command of Dutch and English.
