IT INTERN

Place: Venlo, Netherlands
Type: Internship
Level: MBO 3 - 4 / Bachelor study
You will make an impact in the following way:
-
1st/2nd line: Provide first-level support to our internal customers through the ticketing system based on defined ITIL processes.

Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and suggest opportunities for continual improvement.

Performance Metrics: Support Service Desk KPI/TTI measures.

Documentation: Develop and maintain technical and customer documentation for standards, processes, and procedures.

Email Management: Monitor group email inbox and enter those into the ticketing system.

Bachelor project: Lead a project team to deliver new or improved processes/applications in the IT Service Desk area. This includes creating a project charter, a project plan, and implementing a global process for access requests for Active Directory.

- Analytical Skills – Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions within standards.
- Communication Skills – Demonstrated ability to concisely communicate complex problems and issues to various technical and non-technical audiences.
- Learning Passion – A passion and interest in acquiring a broad knowledge of hardware and software.
