MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE

In the newly created position, you are responsible for defining supply chain standards, grow supply chain analytics capability and support the business to develop and monitor critical performance indicators for Belden’s EMEA organization. You manage a focused team of experts in the area of data analytics, (SAP) process control and customer service. With your team, you create a foundation for the planning organization, logistics and customer service to improve and sustain performance. To support the Operations strategy, you prepare decisions using network modeling solutions. You report to the Sr. Supply Chain Director EMEA. 

 

You'll make an impact in the following way:


•    Develop and maintain standards in planning, customer service and logistics. Support teams in supply chain and our factories across Europe responsible for the execution with best-in-class processes.
•    Develop core supply chain performance indicators and govern the related performance management. Where applicable, work with IT and IT Business partners to enable solutions. Where possible, enable and initiate process automation.
•    Grow network design capability, using advanced modeling techniques, to facilitate decision making in the Global Operations manufacturing and logistics footprint.
•    Drive manufacturing and logistic sites to one ERP landscape.
•    Manage an experienced team of four FTE.

 

What you will bring:

 

•    Strong Knowledge of SAP planning and or order management modules 
•    Network design and advanced network modeling tools or make or buy and TCO analysis
•    Tech savvy and feeling comfortable to interact with business and operations leaders 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•    Preferably Master degree in Supply Chain management, Operations Management, Data analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    5+ years of experience in supply chain management, or comparable roles within a manufacturing environment.
•    Proficiency in SAP ECC or S4Hana, SAP IBP preferred.
•    Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, demand planning, and inventory management.
•    Proficiency in English. German is a plus.
•    Travel in EMEA 10-15%
