Master Data Management Specialist

The Master Data Management Specialist EMEA is there to enter all new vendors and customers in the ERP systems. They make sure that the data is correct and updated according to the SOX procedures.

 

You will make an impact in the following way: 

  • Create vendors and customers for all entities in the EMEA region in multiple ERP systems.
  • Generate manual invoices and credit notes related to quality complaints.
  • Manage intercompany Master Data, including updating and distributing daily and monthly copperfiles.
  • Perform monthly checks for completeness and correctness.
  • Create manual invoices and credit notes related to month or year-end close processes.

 

What you will bring: 

  • ERP System Knowledge – Familiarity with SAP is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills for interacting with various levels within the company.
  • Language Proficiency – Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Administrative Skills – Strong administrative or accounting skills.
  • Attention to Detail – Ability to ensure data accuracy and compliance with SOX procedures.
