PARTNER PROGRAM SPECIALIST

As a Partner Program Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of Belden’s Partner Program by supporting, enabling and engaging our partners across the ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are effectively onboarded, trained and equipped to succeed, while also serving as a trusted point of contact for ongoing program support. This role focuses on training and enablement, supporting how our partners are trained within the Partner Program. This role is essential in fostering strong partner relationships, streamlining program operations and ensuring consistent program execution.

 

You will make an impact in the following way:


•    Support the execution of Belden’s Partner Program, ensuring partners are effectively onboarded, enabled and engaged.
•    Manage and update partner program tools, portals and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
•    Assist with contract execution for partners and maintenance of our contract management system.
•    Act as a primary point of contact for partner program inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to align partner initiatives with business goals.
•    Track partner compliance, certifications and program requirements, ensuring partners meet necessary standards.
•    Administer and own Belden’s Partner Training Program, organizing training both in-person and online.
•    Monitor and report on partner program performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

 

What you will bring:


•    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience. 
•    1-3 years of experience in channel/partner programs, sales operations, or related roles within the technology or industrial sectors. 
•    1-3 years of experience training and enabling partners, building and maintaining training programs. 
•    Must be fluent in English written and spoken, additional regional language a strong preference. 
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and external partners. 
•    Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, partner portals) and Microsoft Office Suite is required. 
•    Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. 
•    Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to generate insights and support decision-making is highly desired. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
•    Flexibility to provide program coverage across team functions as needed.
