How you make an impact

• You ensure that the right amounts of commodities are available by purchasing, administratively clearing the goods and making sure we are buying competitively. 
• You maintain and update various data in purchasing modules (BPCS) *BPCS is an ERP system. 
• You authorise purchasing orders and commodity invoices through standard processes. 
• You propose improvement projects in your own field of expertise. 
• You maintain the administrational process around scrap processing

What do you bring

• You bring strong communication skills to navigate different stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers. 
• You bring strong administration skills to ensure correct data in our systems at all times. 
• You bring a fresh dose of enerfy and perspective to learn about our systems and eventually propose improvements. 
• You are able to communicate in English, written as well as spoken. German language is also preferable. 
• You are decisive, accurate, detail oriented, a team player and have great organizational skills.
