HR Generalist
(m/f/d)

Place: Berlin Mariendorf
Type: Full-Time/Onsite
Level: Mid-Senior
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Act as local HR contact for all HR-Related questions from the team
- Prepare input for the monthly payroll, including time overview and absence / attendance sheet monitoring
- HR Administration across the employee life cycle
- Support recruiting for open positions at the Berlin location, including identifying of new candidates and participating in interview processes
- Ensuring execution of HR processes like Performance and Talent Management or Salary Cycle
- Support and execute global activities like Be Well and Connect with Community on site
- Drive culture and employee engagement with the team
What you should bring:
- Education – Degree in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources or comparable training
- Experience – Several years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in an international matrix environment
- Knowledge and skills – Good knowledge of German labor law
- Personality – Team player with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work who thrives on change management and possesses the ability to foster a positive work environment
- Language proficiency – Fluent in German and English
