Junior Procurement Specialist

(m/f/d)

Type: Full-Time/Hybrid

Level: Entry-level/Junior

 

 

 

You will make an impact in the following way: 

 

  • You carry out all activities required in operational purchasing (inquiries, offer evaluation, contracts, orders, order confirmations, deadline monitoring, dunning) independently and communicate with suppliers
  • Ensure material availability
  • Carry out purchasing negotiations (in coordination with strategic procurement)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Invoice verification
  • Monitor and maintain the purchasing-relevant data in the ERP system (SAP)

 

 

What you will bring: 

 

  • Education – Completed Bachelor’s in engineering or business administration or commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification as a specialist in purchasing
  • First experience – In purchasing and materials management
  • Knowledge and skills – Strong negotiation skills and cost awareness, proficient knowledge of MS Office programs and first experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Personality – Team player with strong communication skills and technical understanding as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Language proficiency – Fluency in English and German (B2)
