The Value Realization Insights Analyst is a strategic enabler responsible for implementing Belden’s Value Realization (VR) framework and measuring the business impact of company strategic and operational initiatives, informing actions. This role combines structured analytics, market intelligence, and predictive insights to accelerate value realization and support strategic decision-making across the organization. The analyst collaborates closely with functional teams and Finance to maintain governance and support the design of the VR operating model. While our preference is to have this role work hybrid to a Belden office, we're open to considering remote candidates within the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the VR framework across the organization, ensuring consistency and governance.
- Prepare analytics and dashboards for strategy and business reviews, highlighting progress against metrics.
- Integrate market insights, competitive benchmarks, and external trends into analysis.
- Develop predictive analytics to forecast risks to key metrics and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on strategic topics or performance gaps as needed.
- Collaborate with Finance and functional leaders to validate assumptions and integrate financial and operational perspectives.
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of the VR operating model.
- Ensure governance and cadence of VR framework reviews, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years in strategy, transformation, or business analytics roles.
- Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and data visualization/modeling tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to financial analysis or industry benchmarking is a bonus.
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
