FINANCE LAUNCH EARLY CAREER LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Launch is an innovative, cohort-based professional development program designed to help high achieving college grads jump start their careers. Be part of a team participating in real-world, challenging, interactive, and action-based learning curriculum, developing your skills on the job. You’ll earn valuable experience over three 12-month rotations through different areas of the company.   

As a member of our Launch Program Class of 2029, you’ll be fully immersed with a global team of Finance experts, eager to teach and learn from you along the way. You’ll develop a strong understanding of how a global business operates from the inside and develop functional and leadership skills that will set a solid foundation for the rest of your career.  

We offer opportunities to work in multiple locations, including Richmond IN, Indianapolis IN, Leominster MA, St. Louis MO, Chicago IL. 

Potential rotations could include: 

Cost Accounting 

• Learn about accounting reconciliations 

• Experience departmental expense control and forecasting 

• Understand standard cost establishment 

Financial Planning & Analysis 

• Explore price/mix/volume 

• Research market growth 

• Analyze standard cost revaluation 

Internal Audit 

• Conduct an annual audit 

• Gain exposure to financial, operational, and compliance audits 

• Process and conduct in-house testing for SOX certification

• Passion – we value enthusiasm, initiative, and excitement to take on new challenges and solve for tomorrow’s problems   

• Academic Achievement – you are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with related concentration with anticipated or completed academic degree/graduation to allow full-time employment availablity 

• Experience – you have previous related experience and advanced skills in MS Excel, problem solving, and critical thinking 

• Intellectual Curiosity – determined, analytical thinking abilities with strong communication and relationship building aptitudes
