Human Resources Early Career Leadership Program

Launch is an innovative, cohort-based professional development program designed to help high achieving college grads jump start their careers. Be part of a team participating in real-world, challenging, interactive, and action-based learning curriculum, developing your skills on the job. You’ll gain valuable experience over three 12-month rotations through different areas of the company.     

As a member of our Launch Program Class of 2029, you’ll be fully immersed with a global team of HR experts, eager to teach and learn from you along the way. You’ll develop a strong understanding of how a global business operates from the inside and develop functional and leadership skills that will set a solid foundation for the rest of your career.  

We offer opportunities to work in multiple locations, including Indianapolis, IN, Richmond, IN, St. Louis, MO, Chicago, IL, Syracuse, NY.  

Potential rotations could include: 

Human Resources Analyst 

• Work with compensation & benefits policies/programs, annual enrollment 

• Performance management and managing under performance 

• Understanding recruiting process and strategy 

Human Resources Specialist 

• Developing skills in employee relations 

• Working on employee engagement and action plan involvement 

• Utilizing change management techniques to improve business practices 

Human Resources Business Partner 

• Learning HR legal legislation and labor law 

• Gaining understanding of organization design 

• Understanding workforce planning needs for the business

• Experience – you have some previous related experience and offer skills in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to understand systems
