Corporate Strategy Internship

Belden’s Corporate Strategy Internship offers current students an opportunity to work on important business projects, collaborate with experienced managers and deliver real results for the organization. Over the course of twelve weeks, you will gain hands-on experience creating real business solutions while also developing project management skills, interpersonal skills, and field-specific knowledge.  

As a member of our 2026 Internship Program, you’ll be fully immersed with a global team of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisition experts eager to teach and learn from you along the way. These fast-paced positions are ideal for students who are interested in developing themselves personally, while also making a substantial contribution to the company. You’ll work towards goals, deliver results, and present to business leaders.  

We offer opportunities to work in our office in Chicago, IL or Santa Clara, CA.

How you can add value within the Corporate Strategy team:

• Analyze acquisition targets through financial modeling and strategic fit assessment.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on due diligence and integration.
• Engage with senior leaders to align M&A with strategic goals.
• Complete market research, competitive analysis, and analytics to support strategic business decisions.
