Launch is an innovative, cohort-based professional development program designed to help high achieving college grads jump start their careers. Be part of a team participating in real-world, challenging, interactive, and action-based learning curriculum, developing your skills on the job. You’ll earn valuable experience over three 12-month rotations through different areas of the company. 

 

As a member of our Launch Program Class of 2028, you’ll be fully immersed with a global team of Technology and Strategy experts, eager to teach and learn from you along the way. You’ll develop a strong understanding of how a global business operates from the inside and develop functional and leadership skills that will set a solid foundation for the rest of your career. We offer opportunities to work in multiple locations, including Santa Clara, CA and Chicago, IL.

 

 

Potential rotations could include:

 

Mergers and Acquisitions

  • Analyze acquisition targets through financial modeling and strategic fit assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on due diligence and integration.
  • Engage with senior leaders to align M&A with strategic goals.

 

Technology

  • Support the development and execution of the company’s technology roadmap.
  • Work on R&D initiatives to drive product development and innovation.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align technology with business goals.

 

Strategy and/or Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams to align partnerships with company strategy.

  • Passion – We seek candidates who are driven, curious and eager to make an impact. An interest in learning and contributing to our strategic goals will set the foundation for long-term success at Belden.
  • Academic Achievement – Candidates are pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance or Business with related concentration/coursework. Prefer candidates with an MBA. 
  • Experience – Prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or consulting, but open to those with relevant experience in other fields.
  • Intellectual Curiosity – We seek candidates who are eager to explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and continuously learn to drive innovation and solve complex problems.

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $71,000-95,000 and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
