Launch is an innovative, cohort-based professional development program designed to help high achieving college grads jump start their careers. Be part of a team participating in real-world, challenging, interactive, and action-based learning curriculum, developing your skills on the job. You’ll gain valuable experience over three 12-month rotations through different areas of the company.      

 

As a member of our Launch Program Class of 2029, you’ll be fully immersed with a global team of Sales experts, eager to teach and learn from you along the way. You’ll develop a strong understanding of how a global business operates from the inside and develop functional and leadership skills that will set a solid foundation for the rest of your career.

We offer opportunities to work in multiple locations, including Chicago, IL and Indianapolis, IN.  

 

Potential rotations could include:  Solutions Sales Representative, Inside Channel Account Manager, Strategic Channel Sales Representative, and/or Solutions Account Manager, where you will: 

 
  • Gain first-hand knowledge and experience with end-to-end sales cycles 

  • Receive professional sales training from experts who’ve built their careers in the field 

  • Learn applicable strategies for lead generation, lead nurturing, and order entry  

  • Develop and hone critical channel and end-user skills

A successful Sales Launch Program candidate will bring: 

 

  • Passion – We seek candidates with enthusiasm and excitement to take on new challenges and solve for tomorrow’s problems. 

  • Academic Achievement You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field of study, with graduation date aligned to start full-time by summer 2026. 

  • Experience Candidates with two years of related work experience along with critical thinking, a desire to learn and a questioning attitude will prepare you for success. 

  • Intellectual CuriositySeeking candidates who are analytical and determined, with strong communication and relationship building abilities.

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $71,000-72,500 and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
