Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Americas Commercial Finance Team. This role will be responsible for monthly and quarterly analysis of sales performance, bookings forecasts, and will publish regular sales reporting and other financial analyses as required by the Commercial organization.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Monthly and Quarterly Forecasts, and annual budget
• Create and maintain forecast model for Bookings and Operating Expenses and motivate actions to ensure forecasts hit agreed upon targets
• Work closely with commercial sales leaders in the organization to understand and predict the revenue impact of various activities.
• Business Reviews and Reporting - Analyze performance (Project wins, Bookings, Operating Expenses) and produce insightful reporting, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Set up and provide information regarding quotas, sales objectives, KPIs, and areas of opportunity or concern.
• Collaborate with Finance and other functional teams to enable alignment and accountability across the organization, and ensure the commercial organization receives the appropriate analytical support.
• Additional ad-hoc assignments and projects supporting the commercial team as requested.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis Experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong Business Acumen; understand and explains reasoning for decisions/ business recommendations
• Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Previous experience with Hyperion, BI or Tableau preferred.
• Self-starter of analysis upon business needs
