Job Summary:

The Assembler performs repetitive work-station or line-assembly operations to mass product products until they are completed to acceptance.

 

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $15.50 per hour with a 10% differential for second shift. This is the reasonable estimate for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Pay could be more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.

 

You will make a difference in the following ways:

  1. Performs mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and other necessary equipment.
  2. Responsible for using appropriate gauging equipment as directed
  3. Completes all required paperwork including work cards indicating how many parts are made and appropriate job number.
  4. Fills our scrap tickets by following the proper company procedure
  5. Verifies parts in bin against the applicable shop order methods
  6. Sorts parts as required
  7. Detects and reports defective material, machine defects, or questionable conditions to the Line Leader/Section Leader
  8. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion, abiding by company rules and safety regulations
  9. Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

 

What you bring:

Education & Experience: 

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • One year of relatable experience.

Knowledge: 

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a culturally diverse workplace
