TEAM LEADER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Place: This job can be performed from Neckartenzlingen (DE) or Horni Podluzi (CZ), in a hybrid form with on-site presence at either of these two locations.

You will make an impact in the following way:
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the Customer Service team.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members to ensure optimal delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Review standard processes to identify improvements for efficiency, delivery performance, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Credit Control, Material Management, Warehouse and Distribution, and Sales to ensure customer delivery milestones are met.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, including the Solution and Channel sales team, and Customer Innovation Center.
What you will bring:
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer services or sales.
• Proven experience managing a team and driving key performance indicators.
• Strong understanding of order processing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated system knowledge in a Sales/Customer Service environment.
• SAP, BPCS, and Salesforce knowledge are preferable.
• Fluency in English, German, and Czech is highly desirable.
• High technical proficiency in Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and QlikSense.
