Job Summary:

As the SAP Training Lead you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for SAP end-users across the organization. You will lead the design and execution of training strategiesthat ensure all stakeholders are effectively equipped to follow Belden#s global business processes and use SAP S/4HANA efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate with various departments to tailor training materials that address specific business needs and drive user adoption. This remotely based role will report to the SAP Change Management Leader.

 

You will make an impact in the following ways

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SAP training strategy aligned with the overall project goals and organizational objectives.
  • Assess training needs across different departments and roles to designcustomized training programs
  • Create, update, and maintain high-quality SAP training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and quick reference guides
  • Work with SAP functional leads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for end-users, super users,and key stakeholders
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, ensuring maximum participation and engagement

 

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • At least five (5) years of proven experience in SAP training or a related role
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience in e-learning development tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party consultants
  • Ability to work with a remote team & in a global environment

 

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $112,300 - $168,500 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
